Following the impact of storm Arwen and the catastrophic impact this had on CC Outdoor Adventures for All we made an initial donation of £4000. This was used to purchase a teepee which is being used to provide children and young people with additional needs the opportunity to experience a comfortable safe night under the stars in a woodland environment. We are proud to support and enable this worthwhile development.
These structures are highly resilient and able to withstand hurricane force winds helping support sustainable development of this important facility in north Northumberland.
We will be supporting the project further to help create a social area fire pit as the image below together with further teepee's as the project expands.
